HOW ARE AGE DIVISIONS DEFINED?
The easiest way to figure out what age division your daughter/son is eligible to play is with this simple rule:
What age will your child be on or before June 30th of the season you are trying out for?
Example:
- If you child turns 14 on or before June 30, 2025, then your child is eligible to play in the 14 Age division or above. Players can play up, but cannot play down.
- If you child is 13 at tryouts, but turns 14 on or before June 30th, then your child is not eligible to play in the 13U age division.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
FOR PLAYERS WHO WILL BE IN GRADES 6TH - 8TH IN THE FALL OF 2024
TRAIN • COMPETE • REPEAT
Our Middle School league is designed for Middle School players who have less than one year of playing experience in the sport and have not played club volleyball. Our Tuesday practices will be focused on teaching the fundamentals through a series of effective drills and game situations. On Sundays, players will compete as part of a team, with adapted rules that facilitate maximizing playing time. They will learn rotations and other game dynamics that will help them prepare for higher level competition.
The league is open to players regardless of club or school affiliation.
PRACTICE ON TUESDAYS; MATCHES ON SUNDAYS
SCHEDULE:
- Tuesdays | 7:30 - 9:00pm
- Sundays | 4:00 - 6:00pm
BLOCK I | DATES:
September 3rd - Sept 29th
FEES: $300 per player
BLOCK II | DATES:
- October 8th - November 3rd
FEES: $300 per player
